Samantha "Sam" Payne

Samantha joined Duct Defense Midwest & Radon Defense Midwest in its earliest days and has become our Customer Care Magician, Inventory Genius, and Sparkly Pink Unicorn, the glue that holds our whole operation together. She is a dynamic personality and brings a wealth of radon knowledge to our team from her experience as the primary radon scheduling and quality control manager with Thrasher. Prior to that role, Sam collected over eleven years of customer care experience! 

Hailing from the East Coast of Missouri in Council Bluffs, Samantha lives with her husband, four children, and two English bulldogs. When she isn't taking care of business at the office, Sam enjoys scrapbooking, shopping, reading, and supporting her children in their hobbies and sports.

Samantha reflects, “I'm excited to apply my skills to help our customers improve their indoor air quality and have a great experience working with our company."  At Duct Defense Midwest & Radon Defense Midwest, we work every day to redefine our industry by delivering a respectful and authentic experience to our customers. One way we accomplish such an experience is by walking alongside the best people in the industry and Sam does belong in it!
