We installed cleanspace, a radon gas barrier, on all the walls with anchors in Doug's unfinished area of his basement with full wall cleanspace and the walls without anchors got 32" of cleanspace. We then installed an extraction point for the depressurization radon mitigation system and sealed the sump pit with plexiglass.
