The clients were an elderly couple who had some health concerns. This is a simple radon mitigation system activation as well as a Breathe EZ filter. There is an existing sump in the corner of the basement that runs about 10 ft back and up through the ceiling. Access to the crawl space is in the garage -- where the point would begin.
