Josh was great: very personable. He explained every step and forecasted how long it should likely take for the work. He was efficient, showed us photos along the process and after he finished the work, gave us some hints about how we can keep our ducts cleaner and, overall, he kept things fairly clean. We were required to do some dusting and vacuuming after he left but we are pleased with the results.
