It's a ranch house with a walk out and unfinished basement. It has no sump pit. The team did a sub slab extraction point behind stairs and garage and cored through poured foundation to exit on side of house and route up. They explained to Grant that he needs to have a crack sealing as the expansion joints were deep and he said he can already manage that on his own. Everything went well!
