This lovely couple had some concerns about working from home and in their basement because of the effects of radon. They had their home tested and came down to average levels but still made the decision to get their radon mitigation system because they believe that it's better to be protected than never. 

This cat-loving homeowner had a work from home job and is very happy as gets to spend more time with his cats. He was worried about the high radon levels in his area and wanted to make sure his home is protected. He made the decision to get his own radon mitigation system installed. Everything went well!

This was a unique installation as it was a first to encounter a sump pit placed exactly under the stairway in closet. So if you the stairs get broken, client knows where he aims at. Joke's aside. The team made a simple installation to run a pipe along the wall beside the stairway and it will go out right next to the sump discharge to avoid the gas line and fan. Radon levels were low but homeowner was persistent to get this done and dusted. Everything went well. 

Met with Bonnie and her husband Trevor. He bought the house 4 years ago and didn't do a radon test till now and was curious on what levels were. They are at 14. Sump pit with pump but no drain tile. Perforate liner. Found lots of storage items in crawlspace. Items to be moved off perimeter to make access for sealing. They plan to build a new home in a couple years. There was some interest in BEZ but selling deterred them. The installation went well as planned.
