Upon doing a radon test, we discovered they had high radon levels. In effort to reduce the radon levels and create a healthier home, we encapsulated the crawlspace in Clarkson.

15 years ago the homeowners used plastic to line the crawl space to prevent soil gas intrusion. Found out that the covering is in major disrepair and will need to be removed. Educated homeowners about this and they agreed. The team will encapsulate the 2 areas on the east side of the home along with the crawlspace. It will be a 4-point system as the home is quite large. Three points in the crawl spaces where existing system is run. Plus one point under or next to the stairs. The area under the stairs is tight and will need to be encapsulated. The radon fan was replaced with a better one and the clients requested to keep the old. Everything went well and homeowners are happy!

Lance and Cole tackled this crawlspace in Utica, Nebraska to provide a better air quality to the living space of the home. Using our Moisture barrier crawlspace encapsuation material, it has transformed this area into something so much healthier for the homeowner. 

This job was no match for Lance. He did a great job installing this exterior mitigation system as well as encapsulating our clients crawl space to lower their radon levels in the home. This will give them piece of mind while being in the home.
