This homeowner's choice to invest in radon mitigation was a reflection of their dedication to family well-being. What they thought as an expense at first, led to the whole family's protection. The newfound sense of security in their home was the greatest gift they could give their loved ones this coming Thanksgiving. This was a passive active system installation point in the storage room of a basement. The homeowner will be transforming her basement as her workplace so she needed extra protection from radon exposure. It was a simple install, and everything is good. 

Taren and her fiancé Nathan just moved into house. They're both vet techs and have several cats and dogs. Tested with radon levels of 20. The team met with Nathan who was in his late 20s and was a really nice guy. It was a slit entry home with finished basement. They had seal the sump pit. Extraction point was in the main finished space, second point coring through block wall under slab on grade living room. Route up and under drop wood ceiling and route out side of house. Everything done and good!

This was a very simple and quick install since the home had big and enough space. The homeowner needed to make sure that their basement is protected regardless if they have low levels.
