Radon Mitigation System Before & After Photos

This was a very busy client who is handling a small business and wanted to make sure while she's at her momentum, her kids and home are protected from radon. Since radon gas comes up into our homes through the soil, crawlspaces with exposed dirt need to be sealed off. This one in Auburn was a wrap with our 20 mil poly cleanspace to prevent radon from coming up into the home.

The home had a complicated structure since the rooms were all upstairs -- which is the parts they wanted to protect the most so we had drafted an installation with a sump pit along with an extraction point coming out the back of the home.
