Jeremy is a chiropractor and his wife is a nurse practitioner that works for a cancer center. They bought the house 11 years ago and he thought they did a radon test at the time but was mistaken. Recently tested for radon and learned levels were 26 so was concerned as it's really high and has avoided having his 4 kids spend as much time downstairs. Most of basement is finished but that's where the kids spend most of their time. They specifically requested to have it at the foundation from end of the home.
