Andy was very nice and bought the house 6 years ago with his family. He was unsure of levels and thought under 10 when I asked, but I was getting much higher levels using the EcoTracker. The home had a two-chamber basement - which was the start. Health concerns was the primary reason, and they will start to build an extra bedroom for another family member there.

New Home but Needs Radon Mitigation
Ryan and his family just bought house recently and have not moved in yet as they're doing some renovating. They tested and returned with radon levels of 16 and possible health concerns. Basement has two chambers and is unfinished. The plan was a sub slab extraction point in corner towards base of stairs, core through wall low for second point in second chamber. Route up in main basement chamber and exit through rim joist and route up. Everything went well!
Radon Mitigation - Lincoln, NE
The team met with Jill, homeowner and her daughter. Jill is currently experiencing a lot of health issues and they have black mold in the house but she can't afford remediation right now. She has cough and mental fog. Her husband died of lung cancer and was also a smoker. Her brother lives in the basement on this large two story acreage. She borrowed an Air Things and levels ranged from 8 to 17 over the week but she did not know the average. She was concerned more of her health and since the way her husband died, could be related to radon too. Jill was very nice and her daughter was helpful. Jill will really benefit from our indoor air quality solutions and radon mitigation. Happy with her decision!
