This was an old home that really needed some caring. It had a deteriorated foundation. They had an old radon mitigation system but the reading was inconsistent for the past month and that's when they realized it might be time for an upgrade. We explained that the routing is going to have to go from their storage room up into the nook of the attached garage. They agreed since they work from home and the basement is their office. Breathe EZ is also installed.

This was a 2 point radon mitigation system installed. The home had an inaccessible crawlspace. The existing dirt areas of the basement were recently encapsulation by Thrasher as part of their basement renovation a few years back. The team had strategized a plan to make the installation possible and it happened. The radon fan was set outside and the homeowners were okay with it.
