This radon mitigation installation was a two point system in one basement slab in the HVAC room by the plumbing stack. The homeowner is fully aware there is a chance her requested plan doesn't work out but gladly the team always has a back-up plan to run along with. The homeowner was happy how it turned out in the end. 

This radon mitigation installation was quite a of a challenge as this newly purchased home was so spacious that the piping really needed some extra lengths. The team, specifically Sam Payne made the most out this project for the client's satisfaction and it definitely did not disappoint! 

This client wanted to have his own radon mitigation system years ago but was really hesitant how it would affect the look of his own. We gave him a guarantee that the perfect spot would definitely land and it would look neat as possible. He was really happy how it turned out!

Our purpose is to make sure we have a healthier environment for our client's their family. This is why this client did not have second thoughts about getting a radon mitigation system installed.
