This was a very nice client who just recently retired and now he shares with the team that his wife calls all the shots in and out of the house. He currently gets allergies and sleeps in the basement a lot so the more concern of getting a radon mitigation system fix. They bought a home radon monitor and the levels fluctuate but the average was about 5.5 pCi/L. It was a large ranch house with fully finished basement aside from the two storage rooms. The system was a sump pump with exterior drain tile, we installed a domed lid and have an extraction point in the pump and route up through the room above going to the attic and to the garage.
