What Is Radon Before & After Photos

This is a 2 chamber home with high radon levels shown after testing. The owner was worried as they were really health conscious so before booking they did emphasized they wanted their whole home protected from radon exposure. We did discuss the initial design on how the radon fan's installation structure would show in their home. The customer agreed with no hesitation. 

Can you feel the holidays in the air? Well, it's not gonna be a happy one if there's radon. So this family made sure they are protected by getting their own system. 

This client was in the process of fixing his basement and wanted to have his radon mitigation system installed so he knows where to work before finishing everything. He plans on making it a room where people can stay but we did find out there were cracks. We advised him to have these sealed for better protection and he can have another radon test. We made extraction points in the side of the house to connect the room. Everything was moved for us upon arrival, so it was a smooth install!

This home was sold to a new owner, which is our client. They are going to rent it out. To protect their future tenants, they decided to have a radon mitigation system installed. The tech educated client that he may need two fans because of the finished space and basement addition they made. It will be a one point in the bedroom closet and out back. The second system will be installed in the utility room for first point and second under the stairs for third chamber. Client loved the end result!
