Radon Mitigation - Firth, NE
The client has an unfinished basement and would consider transforming it to his own personal office or utility room. He had a radon test before but was a little hesitant and tried to get another one. Turned out with same results. He wanted to mitigate as soon as possible as he is about to finish the construction for his basement. Luckily, the team had a sump and interior drain tile to work with. Customer did offer to handle the sealing of wall joints and anything around the plumbing since it's within the construction plan. Everything went well!

Radon Mitigation - Wahoo, NE
This was a repeat client from last month as they requested another system for their home.. We did a check from their first system and it was definitely doing well. The customer mentioned that they really loved Radon Defense Midwest's service along with the warranty terms that come along.
Radon Mitigation - Ceresco, NE
The clients were an elderly couple who had some health concerns. This is a simple radon mitigation system activation as well as a Breathe EZ filter. There is an existing sump in the corner of the basement that runs about 10 ft back and up through the ceiling. Access to the crawl space is in the garage -- where the point would begin. The passive system sits over the client's utility closet. The installation went well. The clients were very accommodating too! They even cooked for the team!
Radon Mitigation - South Sioux City, NE
It was not much of a complicated house but it definitely had a dirty crawlspace to begin with. The owner made the decision to get the radon mitigation installed first and everything will follow once done. He had a really large basement with enough room for the installation to be done. There was already an intended place for the radon mitigation system and it will be coming out to the back of the house. Everything went well.
