What Is Radon Before & After Photos

This client was referred by their neighbor who was our regular. Anything related to home maintenance they really tried to get in touch with us. It was a little challenge for the team as due to the multiple renovations in the home, they can't access slab on grade or any crawlspace to work with. The team explained to the owner that they would have to clear out the one accessible crawlspace to start the installation and for any future projects that would link to it. The owner agreed and installation was smooth as a baby. Homeowner was really happy how it turned out!

This was a very simple project as this customer only requested to have her radon fan checked and replaced. It was definitely old and it's its time to retire. We replaced it with a new Eagle Fan. 

This client needed help as he was renovating his basement and tested for radon - his levels retuned 8! He was really worried and didn't want to pursue the construction until a radon mitigation system is installed. He will be using the basement as his utility and project room where he will be spending most of his time. There were no challenges faced in the installation process as there is a dedicated spot for the system initially. 

This client is one amazing son. He cares a lot for his mother -- main reason why he got a radon mitigation system installed. His elderly mother lives in his home. He did specifically request not to go through the roof and just make the garage the focus spot on where to place the system. The team was able to commit to his request and even sealed any cracks in the basement for extra protection. Odds are good, client is happy!
