New Home with High Radon Levels Found in Saint Helena, Nebraska

The customer had recently purchased this modern home and was excited about the renovation process. As part of their pre-renovation plans, they decided to have a radon test conducted. To their surprise, the results indicated a significant radon problem. Prioritizing the health and safety of their family, they opted for a radon mitigation system. Since then, they've expressed gratitude for the system's effectiveness in creating a healthier living environment.

The homeowner is planning to spend more time in the basement and is taking precautions to reduce the radon concentration there. In other words, he is well aware that there are no outward signs of the problem. Hence, he made up his mind to get a radon reduction system for his home.

This couple had some surge of radon levels during the winter season and feeling bothered on what it might cause, they decided to get another radon mitigation system in the opposite part of their home. The installation started in the storage room and met up with the 2nd exit point going out at the back of the room. The couple was happy with the results. 

This homeowner decided to move his kids' room to the basement for more room but he made sure they are protected from high radon exposure so he reached out to us. The team had some challenges on the crawlspace but was able to make a passage in the garage. Installation went smoothly.
