This was a two point system with a basement that is mostly unfinished due to some finishings from the home office and bathroom. It was a smooth installation as homeowner is advised how everything would go from start to finish.

This 4-chamber home was radon tested and came out to be with 8.7 pCi/L on levels -- which is really high. It was an average duplex home and the area used to have brick floor but the homeowners decided to remove it and replaced it with gravel, plastic and concrete. It had an accessible crawlspace to work on and sump pit. We routed the installation plan into the crawlspace for second point and put the radon fan on the south side of home next to the downspout. The homeowner is very detail-oriented so we were really careful explaining every little bit of detail he needs to know. It was a 2-point system out the south wall west of the basement egress. The team ran the pipe outside the home to the west side where the radon fan will be located. The home was small and on a single level with good access to the crawlspace. Everything turned out fine and the client was really happy!
