Radon Mitigation - Fairmont, NE
This lovely client had her home tested and returned with high levels. Immediately, she booked her radon mitigation installation. We had discussed the plan that suits her home and she definitely agreed. All went well.
Split Decision for Safety
This was a simple installation and the client found us through good reviews in Google. He wanted radon mitigation and duct cleaning on the spot along with paying for everything too. It was a 2-point system out the south wall west of the basement egress. The team ran the pipe outside the home to the west side where the radon fan will be located. The home was small and on a single level with good access to the crawlspace. Everything turned out fine and the client was really happy!
Radon Mitigation- Battle Creek, NE
This routing was no problem for Andrew and Jordan. They did a great job getting the install done the way the customer wanted it allowing them to feel more safe in their home!
A Hidden Danger Beneath
A Hidden Danger Beneath This client's ranch home, with its finished basement and dirt crawlspace, harbored an invisible threat: radon levels of 13. The only unfinished area was a small HVAC room, with no sump pit, just a wastewater grinder. The client, already facing a lung mass, needed swift action. Plans were made to install a sub-slab extraction point by the water heater, routing into the crawlspace. The joists could have worked for venting, but the insulation, held by chicken wire mesh, complicated things. Instead, two cores would be drilled through the foundation walls. The client would clear out debris beforehand, and we’d encapsulate the space, setting a second extraction point to vent through the soffit. Everything worked out as planned.
Radon Mitigation - Osmond, NE
Cole and Jordan installed this ERV for a customer to help lower their radon levels even more, giving them the best air quality possible.
Hole-in-One Protection
A renovation is ongoing in this client's home. They're making a large addition that includes a space behind their garage that's being converted to a laundry room and will set another space for the garage extension. An upstairs sunroom is also under construction. While they have this, they decided to take a radon test to see what's their level. Lo and behold, it turned out to be almost 10 pCi/L and that's high! The client made the decision to get a radon mitigation system installed with Radon Defense Midwest which would be a great fit while there is ongoing construction. So it's like a hole in one project. Everything was discussed in full detail and the installation was perfect. The client is happy.
Radon Mitigation - Hebron, NE
This client had his home radon test return to a level of 10 which alarmed him so much that he immediately made a deposit for his own mitigation system. He is very concerned about the future effects of radon or if it's deemed poisonous at high levels. We definitely explained what he needs to know and set up a plan for his home. Everything went well.
Renovation with Radon Mitigation Installation
As the client embarked on a home renovation journey, they recognized the need for long-term protection during the process. With the desire to safeguard their home and family, they sought our expertise to ensure comprehensive radon protection throughout the renovation.   During our initial discussions, the client expressed concerns regarding the installation of smart sumps, uncertain about how they would integrate into the overall design. We patiently listened, addressing their doubts and providing clear explanations, ultimately putting their hesitations to rest.   Together, we meticulously drafted an ideal design that seamlessly incorporated the smart sumps and other radon mitigation measures into the renovation plans. The client was thrilled with the solution, knowing that their home would not only undergo a beautiful transformation but also remain resilient against radon.   As the renovation commenced, our team diligently executed the proposed design, ensuring that each element was integrated flawlessly. From sealing potential entry points to installing smart sumps and implementing proper ventilation, every step was meticulously carried out.   Throughout the renovation process, the client observed with satisfaction as their vision for a transformed home, fortified against radon, came to life. The seamless execution of the radon protection measures instilled confidence in the client, reassuring them that their long-term well-being was being prioritized.
Retirement Plan Goes Healthier
Is Radon Mitigation Effective? Radon mitigation was the priority of this couple after they retired. They wanted to live a healthier life and made sure their home was clean from radioactive elements or toxins. They also availed a crawlspace encapsulation as they were aware critters were coming out of nowhere. They were very accommodating and nice. They did request to have the installation done in the living room. So the point of installation started from the living room corner going through the block wall and the exit point near the crawlspace opening on the north side. They were happy with the outcome!
