This client was really decided to have her home protected from radon. She even financed the whole project in cash. Her home had three small crawlspaces with one having a large drop off on each side. The opening to the second crawlspace on the right is bigger than the one directly in front of the root cellar door area. There was a lot of debris upon opening and she insisted to remove it for a smooth installation. Everything went well.

This customer's radon gas mitigation system has an extraction point in their sump pump. In order to effectively vent the radon gas, we redirected the flow of air around the sump pit with the sump pump and installed clean space sealant around the sump pit extraction point to direct the radon gas into the extraction point in the sump of this home.

This client is a mom of a 3 kids with her husband who loves hunting. There's a sub slab extraction point near sump pit and tap into Waterguard, then second extraction point near door in storage room. The team made a core through block wall to exit on side corner of house and installed a Breathe EZ filter.
