An elderly couple, both around 80 years old, Dan and Marion have a modular house on a block foundation basement. Formerly an avid hunter, Dan runs a dehumidifier's condensation line into a hole in the ground, pumping water outside. With radon levels at 4.5 and Dan's history of smoking, an extraction point is planned near this area, with plexiglass covering.
